Actually this topic isnt like this one. I changed it because I dont feel the point to write about new year in my blog, which is I aim to any of my perception about design, idea and many things that involed with art. So, then i dont think the new year topic will good enough to fit in this blog (even someone might disagree). It's already 2 weeks that i've been in my mother land and also it's been 2weeks that i'm sicked with the decease calls "Nationalismophobia" why? yes why? I should be happy that i can meet my family and friends, yes i do and it might be only reason that i came back home. Why i mentioned about "Nationalismophobia" because every I go or everything i heard is all about please please love your country or let love our land, our food, our language and our culture and so many our thing that waiting to be love. It doesnt mean "Nationalismophobia" isnt good but it's just not appropriate for this land, the land of cream cake or toping not the cake. But it's really hard for me to say I dont like this "Nationalismophobia" because when i was work as a freelance designer 3 year ago I used "Thaipographica" to be my name, so this blog also names Thaipography and also the name that i use to post the topic is Thaipotype. I love my country, of coure but as much as i dont like my country because as much as country's changed the people i've known never changed. What do I mean, i mean friend of my still ask me what the program that i use when i was doin my hybrid animation or am I using Apple or PC or even worst can i find the some of world graphic association for his thesis in Master degree (even he said he loves graphic, print and wants to work in the best design company in BKK). What can i reply to these people? Yes if in my dream i'd say "you should quit or drop from that course and quit from the graphic design company that he set it up or do something else and try to love p.e. class more than graphic design or should i reply that i use word processing or power point programs to make my hybrid animation???". Like i mentioned that as much as my country's developed, people in design world in BKK will getting stay still more than before because they do nothing accept keep watching. Some people might says that Thia design in any fields getting better than before, i 'd say yes it's but where is the inovation or where is the content or where is the unique style or where is ur soul. Yes some animation company in here can make the animation but i doubt that when i first saw it, is that POKEMON? may be not but the color and shape is like yellow circle???????? what da?????? but it's POKEMON. Ok, what should i say? How about if i say it out lound that hey!!!! "dont do that??????? " yes, of course i'll be more than a black sheep in the elephant training school!!! ohly sid!! what should i say if i saw POKEMON but it's POKEMON!!! I should say it's very wonderful character design and very clever to use that yellow because it's very effective to the children.............(this is the collect answer when u need a job in Thailand (even some people might contribute them self to be very fuckin cool indiependent art group such, music lable, publisher, design firm or even radio station. Actually they are the same and fake than the mass in some how). Then they might think yes, Thailand is the best , is great or we can do better than oversea countries and we so pround. Please give me some space to trow up my dinner because I've got the "Nationalismophobia" in my stomach.....................I dont want to watch the music video of my anthem every 6.00pm in every tv channel
